Powder Printing


​In this approach, the building block are powder particles (calcium carbonate / plaster), which are bound together at specific pixels by inkjet printing a binder ink on top of the particles, layer-by-layer. The obtained structures are white and porous and in order to fully harden the structures it is dipped in epoxy glue​ for the final hardening.





Examples for printed samples:
Cost of materials (powder and ink): 1.30 NIS per gram, and 1.65 NIS per gram with final hardener.
